Bathgate is an established producer of high-quality industrial sand for all types of foundry applications throughout the UK.

Our accomplished quarry has many years of sand reserves and provides six grades of sand compatible for foundry use. These are: Coarse 50, Standard 60, QBA 60, Medium 70, Fine 80 and PSF 95.

Bathgate wash and grade all foundry sands to meet the most demanding specifications. We have an experienced sales team available to offer expert advice and recommendations.

Bathgate ensures the highest levels of quality and precision through advanced onsite laboratory testing of all sands at a consistent rate. We place quality at the forefront and assure complete adherence to the auspices of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard for Quality Management Systems.

Delivery is arranged through Arclid Transport, a member of the Bathgate Group also based on our site next to the M6 motorway. This ensures your deliveries are both cost-effective and very responsive. Material can be delivered in 10 to 29 tonne bulk tanker loads.
