New Year, new faces for Bathgate
2024 has got off to a great start for Bathgate and we’re proud to welcome two new members of staff to the team.
Jon Price joins Bathgate’s sales department team as a part-time Account Manager bringing a wealth of knowledge of the foundry industry with him. For the past twelve years Jon has worked as a Sales Director for his family business which also services the foundry trade and is following in his father’s footsteps as he also worked for Bathgate in the sales department some time ago. He hopes to predominately service the area south of our Cheshire site, as he is based near Birmingham, which will provide a great synergy with our other Account Manager, Mark Meehan, who is situated in the north.
“I have known Bathgate is a great company for a long time and I am very happy to be working for them now and to have the chance to apply my foundry knowledge to the role” Jon enthused
We are also happy to welcome John Wallace, our new site QSHE Manager, who will manage the Health and Safety function for our whole Arclid site. John joins us from the Ministry of Defence and was also in the pharmaceutical industry for a number of years. John will predominantly be site based and will help us maintain and build on our strong health and safety record.
We are sure both our new team members will help us to grow and improve as a company in 2024 and in the years to come and we wish them every success.
